1. Digital Product Policy
All purchases from Etherea Space are for personalized digital products delivered by email. Because each report is created specifically for you, refunds are generally not available once the report has been delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be requested only if your personalized report has not been delivered within 24 hours of your purchase. In this case, please contact us at etherea.hello@gmail.com and we will either fulfill your order as soon as possible or provide a full refund.
3. How to Request a Refund
If your report has not arrived within 24 hours:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Contact us at etherea.hello@gmail.com with your order details
We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.
4. No Refunds After Delivery
Once your personalized report has been delivered, no refunds will be issued. This policy exists because the product is created specifically for you and cannot be returned.
